Job summary

Sunbit is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist in Las Vegas (hybrid) to own our recruiting systems, data, and process infrastructure. You’ll manage the ATS, dashboards, and tool integrations, partnering with recruiters and People leadership to accelerate hiring and improve measurability.

You will automate repetitive steps, design and maintain dashboards, define KPIs, and document standardized workflows. A strong background in ATS administration and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ATS administrator experience building workflows and integrations.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and BI/reporting skills.
• Proven ability to automate recruiting processes.
• Ability to design and maintain recruiting dashboards and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration of the ATS—configuration, workflow automation, permissions, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain integrations between the ATS and HRIS, background check vendors, e-signature, Slack/Calendar, and more.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage the sourcing tool stack (LinkedIn Recruiter, extensions, CRM tools).
• Collaborate with IT/Security on data access, SSO, and system security requirements.
• Identify and automate repetitive steps across candidate and recruiter lifecycle (requisitions, interviews, notifications, offers).
• Design, build, and maintain recruiting dashboards covering funnel metrics and recruiter productivity.
• Define KPIs/SLAs and deliver reporting to People leadership and stakeholders.
• Document and standardize recruiting workflows (approval, interview, offers, onboarding).
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process redesigns.
