Job summary

Carnegie Learning is seeking a Recruiting Operations Lead to shape and continually improve how we hire across the organization. You will own recruiting processes, programs, and systems, ensuring a streamlined, compliant candidate experience and scalable workflows.

You’ll also serve as our ATS administrator, guiding searches from kickoff through close and turning feedback into practical improvements. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in recruiting operations, a 4-year degree, and hands-on ATS

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting operations, workflows, headcount tracking, and compliance.
• Experience administering and improving an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Experience with Paycom or Rippling ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting operations across the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring streamlined, compliant processes.
• Collect feedback and recruiting data to identify friction and test improvements.
• Create and maintain recruiting playbooks, templates, and audit-ready docs.
• Coordinate requisition approvals and align hiring with workforce plans.
• Be the go-to expert for the ATS, with configuration, reporting, and enhancements.
• Lead or contribute to special projects in recruiting, compensation, and workforce planning.
