Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is a nationwide home care provider seeking a Recruiting Manager to support the office alongside the Scheduling Manager and Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administrative tasks, and on-call duties to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle caregiver hiring and onboarding, assist with client intakes, and maintain high-quality service standards while complying with state requirements. Travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• On-call management after hours calls and schedule changes.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with intakes and client satisfaction in-home assessments.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
• Adhere to operating standards and state-specific compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring/terminations.
• Recruiting: interviewing, hiring, onboarding weekly.
• On-call: after-hours scheduling support.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
