Cornerstone Caregiving in New Haven, CT seeks a Recruiting Manager to work with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administrative support, and on-call coverage to keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include caregiver management, weekly recruitment and onboarding, after-hours scheduling, general office support, client intake, and ensuring high-quality service while maintaining compliance with state requirements.

Formación

• Comfortable working with technology.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of frontline employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Caregiver management: responsible for hiring/terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: manage after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
• General Office Support: provide operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• In-home Assessments: assist with intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client Care: ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: adhere to operating standards and state requirements.
