Cornerstone Caregiving is hiring a Recruiting Manager to support the office with recruiting, caregiver management, and after-hours on-call duties. The role reports to the Operating Director and works alongside the Scheduling Manager.

Responsibilities include caregiver hiring and onboarding, conducting intakes, and ensuring high-quality client service. Limited travel and a dynamic homecare environment.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree with education/experience; minimum of two years' Admin/HR/sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required.

Responsabilidades

• Caregiver management: hire, terminate, and supervise caregivers.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: handle after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
