Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to work with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administrative support, and coordinating office operations, including shared on-call responsibilities.

The position requires managing caregivers, onboarding new staff, and ensuring client satisfaction with high standards of service. Travel is limited as needed and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources within an office setting.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with education/experience.
• Valid driver's license and valid auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and termination as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support for Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to visits.
• Compliance: adhere to operating standards and state requirements.
