Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to support the office operations and work closely with the Scheduling Manager under the Operating Director. The role involves recruiting, administrative tasks, and on-call responsibilities to ensure smooth scheduling and client satisfaction.

The candidate will oversee caregiver hiring, onboarding, and occasional after-hours support, contributing to high-quality client care and adherence to compliance standards across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; may accept education/experience mix.
• Two years' experience in administrator, sales, customer service or HR within an office setting.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire, terminate as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments and client satisfaction support.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance.
