Cornerstone Caregiving is a nationwide home care organization focused on helping seniors age in place with high-quality care. We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to work alongside the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director.

The role involves recruiting, caregiver management, on-call duties, and administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery. You will conduct caregiver interviews, manage onboarding, assist with intakes and client satisfaction, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree (or combination of education/experience) with 2+ years in admin, sales, customer service or HR roles.
• Valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel as needed for the role.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire and terminate caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: handle after-hours calls and urgent scheduling changes.
• General office support for Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: deliver high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: adhere to operating standards and state requirements.
