Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to work with the Scheduling Manager, reporting to the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administrative tasks, and coordinating office operations while sharing on-call responsibilities.

The position requires managing caregivers, onboarding weekly, and ensuring client satisfaction with strong compliance to company standards. Travel is limited, with office-based duties in Sac City, IA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates or Bachelor degree; may substitute degree with education/experience; minimum 2 years’ admin/HR office experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Valid state auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and termination as needed.
• Recruiting: interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• Schedule management: monitor client and caregiver availability to ensure shifts are staffed.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
• General office support: assist the Operating Director with daily tasks.
• In-home assessments: assist intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: adhere to operating standards and state requirements.
