Cornerstone Caregiving is a nationwide home care provider focused on helping seniors age in place with high-quality in-home care. The Recruiting Manager will support the office operations, supervise caregivers, and coordinate recruiting activities with the Scheduling Manager and Operating Director.

The role involves weekly caregiver hiring, onboarding, and periodic on-call duties, with limited travel and requirements including a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years' experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources functions within an office setting.
• Associates/Bachelor degree preferred or relevant combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee caregiver management: hiring and termination as needed.
• Recruit and onboard caregivers weekly.
• Share on-call responsibilities with other managers and handle after-hours scheduling.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• Support intakes and ensure client satisfaction through in-home assessments.
• Ensure high-quality client service from phone calls to in-home consultations to maximize retention.
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance requirements.
