Cornerstone Caregiving is a nationally operating home care provider focused on aging in place for seniors. The Recruiting Manager will partner with the Scheduling Manager and Operating Director to recruit, hire, and support caregivers while sharing on-call responsibilities.

The role includes daily office tasks and ensuring compliance with care standards. We value autonomous work, reliable technology use, and strong interpersonal communication to maintain high-quality client care and caregiver

Formación

• Autonomy to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with technology and office software.
• Experience with direct recruitment and managing frontline staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Caregiver management, including hiring and termination.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• On-call after-hours support for clients, caregivers, and referrals.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• Assist with intakes and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
• Adhere to state-specific compliance requirements.
