Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ATS such as Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established service-level expectations.
• Self-motivated team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruiting activities between recruiters, sourcing teams, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and distribute interview details and candidate communication.
• Coordinate offer letters, contracts, background screenings, and pre-employment activities.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and new-hire paperwork.
• Maintain candidate records and update ATS and HR platforms.
• Support recruitment compliance requirements and ensure processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with job postings, reporting, data collection, and process improvements.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while supporting multiple stakeholders.
