• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and competing deadlines.
• Experience conducting candidate screenings and managing hiring pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume needs.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and qualification assessments.
