Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in HR-related role or 2 years HR with a Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, or recruitment operations.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across the hiring process, including postings, interview scheduling, offers, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and new hire coordination.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, IT and external vendors to ensure smooth recruitment.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Track recruiting metrics and support process improvements and standardized procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve recruitment-related issues and ensure service quality.
