Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further HR education preferred.
• Experience with ATS, preferably iCIMS.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting recruiting teams in professional services or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination activities.
• Manage hourly job openings across divisions; post, update, and remove job ads.
• Screen resumes and prescreen candidates before recruiter review; schedule interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting spreadsheets/databases.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS; process internal and external offer letters.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and coordination with HR; ensure documentation compliance.
• Provide recruiting reporting and communicate with stakeholders.
