Aaru is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support go-to-market and growth efforts. The role focuses on delivering a smooth, high-touch candidate experience through interview scheduling, timely communications, and accurate ATS management.

You will partner with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers, handling logistics and onboarding support while operating with urgency in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a NYC-based in-person role requiring proximity to New York City.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving urgency in hiring decisions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from first touch to final decision.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars and time zones.
• Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Identify gaps, make judgment calls, and create structure where none exists yet.
• Drive projects to improve and scale recruiting processes as the team grows.
• Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support.
• Raise the bar on candidate and stakeholder experiences.
