In this fast-paced startup environment, you will build scalable processes, explore AI-powered automations, and contribute to events and programs that elevate hiring quality. Remote-friendly across North America with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience.
• Expertise using and configuring Ashby.
• Experience coordinating a high volume of complex interviews across multiple roles and teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work to automate workflows or improve processes.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
• Experience organizing or supporting recruiting events.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with passion for great candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruiting and scheduling logistics end-to-end, building scheduling automations and workflows in Ashby.
• Use AI tools to rethink recruiting operations and prototype AI-powered solutions.
• Run live interview operations remotely and manage reschedules.
• Own the candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across teams and roles.
• Experiment with new AI tools, measure outcomes, and improve coordination.
• Track interview scheduling metrics and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Build and administer interviewer training programs.
• Assist with recruiting events and related touchpoints.
