2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ATS and scheduling platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby or similar).
Strong organizational and communication skills with a candidate-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage candidate logistics and communications while balancing candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager needs.
Own day-to-day administration of our ATS (Greenhouse) including configuration and data hygiene.
Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline health.
Design and launch new recruiting programs, processes, and tools; lead enablement sessions for recruiters.
Identify process gaps and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Maintain and optimize our talent operations stack and integrations.
