Job summary

BRC in New York City is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full recruitment process for assigned positions, from outreach through contingent offers. You will coordinate interviews, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently.

The role uses AI screening tools, requires strong communication and organization, and offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Recruitment, human resources, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable learning and using AI and other technology to support recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions from posting through contingent offer.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate outreach, and schedule interviews.
• Utilize AI screener to efficiently screen and engage candidates.
• Coordinate panel interviews and manage non-panel positions.
• Extend contingent offers and communicate next steps to candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and activity in ADP.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Develop creative recruitment approaches including partnerships and referrals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing and community outreach.
• Meet recruiting goals and productivity expectations.
• Participate in process improvement and support a positive candidate experience.
• Take ownership of vacancies and address barriers to fill positions.
