Job summary

Aaru is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support go-to-market in New York City. You will own the end-to-end candidate experience, from first contact to final decision, ensuring a smooth, human, high-touch process.

In this in-person role, you will coordinate interviews across complex calendars and time zones, work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, and drive improvements to our recruiting workflows as the team scales.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from first touch to decision.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across calendars and time zones.
• Support onboarding and maintain candidate communications and ATS data.
• Partner with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs.
• Identify process improvements to scale recruiting as the team grows.
• Maintain attention to detail and deliver timely recruiting tasks.

We have a hiring plan that is both ambitious and globally expansive. You'll set the standard for an optimized candidate flow through interview scheduling, candidate communications, data/ATS management, support onboarding, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.**WHAT YOU WILL DO*** Own the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction from first touch to final decision, feel seamless, human, and high-touch* Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities, keeping things moving at speed* Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers, anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and making their jobs easier* Operate independently in ambiguity: spot gaps, make judgment calls, and create structure where none exists yet* Identify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale our recruiting processes as the team grows* Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgency* Continuously look for ways to raise the bar on both the external candidate experience and the internal stakeholder experience**WHAT YOU WILL BRING*** 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment* Comfort operating in ambiguity. You take initiative to ensure a thoughtful candidate experience, while also driving urgency in our hiring decision making* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without losing the thread* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proactive, clear, and warm follow-through* Excellent bedside manner working with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders* Emphasis on high attention to detail and cautious discretion## LOCATIONThis role is based in New York City. Aaru is an in-person company, working 5 days a week in office.
