Coram AI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to hire early sales talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will coordinate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives, and ensure smooth process from first interview to onboarding.

The role requires strong organizational skills, interest in a fast-moving startup, and a passion for building relationships that enhance candidate experiences. Onsite work and collaboration with multiple teams are key aspects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in HR, Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition, Admin Assistant or related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating interviews across calendars and time zones.
• High attention to detail with confidential information.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences.
• Resilient in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work onsite.
• Experience using Ashby or modern ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives for a seamless candidate experience.
• Support Associate Account Executive hiring, including sourcing, initial screens, pipeline management, and candidate communication.
• Manage candidate communication from interview through offer, pre-boarding, and first day.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in Ashby and other recruiting systems.
• Coordinate with agency partners on submissions, interviews, and timelines.
• Partner with Recruiting, HR, Finance, and hiring leaders to keep processes moving efficiently.
• Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and special projects as Coram scales.
• Improve recruiting processes through documentation, automation, and operational efficiencies.
