Coram AI in Sunnyvale is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support early sales talent and deliver a world-class candidate experience. You will coordinate interviews, work with Head of Recruiting, recruiters, hiring managers, agency partners, and candidates to streamline the hiring journey from first interview through onboarding.

This role suits an organized, fast-paced self-starter who thrives on relationship-building and exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition, Admin Assistant or related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating interviews across calendars and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives.
• Support Associate Account Executive hiring, including sourcing and initial screens.
• Manage candidate communication from interview through offer and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate and hiring data in Ashby and other systems.
• Coordinate with agency partners on submissions and timelines.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, Finance, and leaders to keep processes moving.
