BackOps AI is hiring our first in-house GTM recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for sales, customer, and marketing roles. You will build sourcing strategies, run structured interviews, and close top talent in a high-growth startup environment in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record hiring GTM talent across sales and customer-facing roles.
• Relocation to San Francisco or located there; based in or willing to move.
• Strong sourcing and closing skills with a relentless, hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GTM recruiting—from kickoff through close—for sales, customer, marketing, and adjacent roles.
• Build and run sourcing strategies to surface high-caliber, passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate bar and run structured interview loops.
• Track funnel metrics: time-to-fill, offer-accept rate, and source quality.
• Represent BackOps authentically to candidates and close with conviction.
