Job summary

Armada is hiring a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support our GTM recruitment lifecycle. You will schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, manage candidate communications, and drive continuous process improvements across the Talent Acquisition and People teams.

This remote role supports candidates nationwide with a strong preference for East Coast-based applicants. You will mentor junior coordinators, maintain ATS data accuracy, and help with offers and onboarding while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience partnering with a Go To Market (GTM) organization.
• 3–5 years in recruiting coordination or HR support; senior/lead preferred.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and HRIS (Rippling).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume interviews across time zones (phone, virtual, onsite).
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers for timely feedback and updates.
• Maintain data in the ATS and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with offers, background checks, and onboarding.
