Job summary

Armada, a leading edge AI infrastructure company, seeks a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support the GTM recruiting lifecycle. You will schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, manage candidate communications, and drive improvements within the recruiting function.

The role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and candidates to ensure a smooth process. Remote work is available with a preference for East Coast-based candidates and equity will be part of the compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience partnering with a Go To Market (GTM) organization.
• 3–5 years in recruiting coordination or HR support; senior/lead preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ATS (Greenhouse or similar) and HRIS experience (Rippling).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across time zones.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers for timely feedback.
• Maintain data in the ATS and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding.
