Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Recruiter to support the recruiting team. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating background checks and onboarding in a fast-paced sales environment.

You will conduct face-to-face interviews, participate in career nights, and attend social networking events outside regular hours while maintaining professional attire and confidentiality. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• College degree or applicable professional experience preferred.
• 12 months of recruiting and/or sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Willingness to travel temporarily as needed.

Mansioni

• Source candidates via networking, job boards, referrals, social media, and applicants.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting: offers, background checks, licensing, onboarding, tracking.
