Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a recruiter to source, recruit, and manage the sales and marketing hiring process across the site.

You will develop annual recruiting plans, optimize sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruiting standards are followed and metrics are reported. The role requires experience in full life-cycle recruiting, agency backgrounds, and the ability to source passive candidates.

Qualifications

• Exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment.
• Agency/Search firm experience preferred.
• Sales/Marketing recruitment experience is a plus.
• Ability to source passive candidates via direct sourcing.
• Occasionally work nights and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated proactive recruiting, sourcing, presentation, interviewing, negotiating and networking skills.
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office including MS Excel.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday).

Responsabilités

• Source, recruit and manage the sales and marketing hiring process across the site.
• Develop yearly recruiting action plan and adjust monthly as needed.
• Build site brand recruitment advertising and sourcing strategies.
• Work with hiring managers and trainers to align processes with corporate standards.
• Manage recruiting media campaigns within budget.
• Share best practices and report metrics for site analysis.
• Collaborate with regional recruiters on hiring objectives.
