Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a skilled recruiter to source, recruit, and manage the sales and marketing hiring process across our sites.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain programs, document metrics, develop an annual action plan, and build brand recruitment advertising to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment (exempt/non-exempt).
• Agency/search firm experience preferred.
• Sales/Marketing recruiting experience is a plus.
• Ability to source passive candidates via direct sourcing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and manage the sales and marketing hiring process for the sites.
• Maintain recruiting and retention programs to meet monthly site goals.
• Partner with other recruiters to share best practices and achieve region-wide objectives.
• Document and report weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics for site analysis.
• Manage site recruiting processes within budget and scope.
• Develop a yearly recruiting action plan and adjust monthly as needed.
• Build brand recruitment advertising and sourcing, creating a site sourcing library.
• Develop site-specific sourcing options and ensure adherence to corporate processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and trainers to align profiles with needs.
• Manage site recruiting media campaigns and distribution.
• Engage in site/area recruiting networks to share best practices.
