Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Recruiter to support our recruiting team in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, background checks, onboarding, and coordinating interviews to meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.

The ideal candidate has a degree or relevant experience, strong networking skills, and proficiency with MS Office and LinkedIn. Occasional travel and in-office presence are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• College Degree or applicable professional experience preferred.
• 12 months of recruiting experience and work history in sales/marketing preferred.
• High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Proficient in database navigation.
• Experience navigating and networking through LinkedIn and similar social media outlets.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Accurate and expedient proofreading ability.
• Self-motivated to set priorities and meet quotas with limited supervision.
• Temporary travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, referrals, social media, and active applicants.
• Full cycle recruiting—offers, background checks, licensing, onboarding and tracking.
• Public speaking and relationship building.
• Conducting applicant phone screens and setting up interviews.
• Face-to-face interviews and attending sales/marketing meetings.
• Coordinate background checks and participate in career events.
• Data tracking for full cycle recruiting and staffing metrics.
• Coordinate orientation and training schedules with new hires.
