Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Recruiter to support a fast-paced sales environment with strong systems and processes. You will manage full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining confidentiality and meeting quotas.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree or relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn, and the ability to work nights or weekends as needed. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree or applicable professional experience preferred.
• Between 12 months of recruiting and a sales/marketing background is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience navigating LinkedIn and other social media outlets.
• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Self-motivated to set priorities, meet quotas, and work with limited direction/supervision.
• Temporary travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through networking, job boards, referrals, social media, and active applicants.
• Own full cycle recruiting: offers, background checks, licensing, onboarding and tracking.
• Conduct applicant phone screens and coordinate interviews.
• Set up/schedule interviews and conduct face-to-face interviews.
• Attend Sales/Marketing meetings and participate in career events as needed.
• Maintain data tracking for referrals, sourcing, and interview activity.
• Coordinate orientation, training, and HR workflows for new hires.
