Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a high-volume Sales & Marketing Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting, from requisitions to candidate placement, across our portfolio.

You will strategically source, screen, and refer quality applicants to hiring leaders, maintain postings and ATS records, and collaborate with managers to meet business goals. Applicants should have strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of exceeding recruiting metrics in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting, sales/marketing, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive full life cycle recruiting from requisitions to hiring decisions.
• Source, screen, and refer quality applicants to hiring leaders.
• Maintain internal postings, referrals, and ATS records.
• Build recruiting brand and candidate pipelines with creative sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers and trainers to ensure compliant processes.
• Manage area recruiting networking projects and share best practices.
• Develop yearly recruiting action plan with budgeting and compensation parameters.
• Collaborate with other recruiters to exchange best practices.
