Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a high-volume Sales & Marketing Recruiter to drive the full life cycle of recruiting across its resort, travel club and lifestyle brands.

You will create requisitions, post jobs and move candidates through the ATS while partnering with hiring leaders to attract top talent quickly and cost-effectively. This role requires strong sourcing, interviewing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience equivalent to education requirements may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Exceed recruiting metrics across sourcing, interviewing, hiring and compliance.
• Document and report weekly/monthly/quarterly recruiting metrics.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and partners to understand business goals.
• Develop recruiting brand and sourcing library for creative campaigns.
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure proper recruitment processes are followed.
• Lead area recruiting projects and share best practices across sites.
• Create and execute a yearly recruiting action plan with budgeting and compensation parameters.
• Collaborate with other recruiters to share best practices and align regionally.
• Assist in recruiting media campaigns including methods, content, and distribution within budget.
