Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Virtual Sales Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews, candidate management, and onboarding activities.

This role requires strong organization, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to collaborate across HR, compensation, and facilities. You will coordinate virtual hiring events, manage applicant flow in Workday, and assist with offers, background checks, and new-hire forms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience supporting high volume positions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
• Experience with scheduling/ interviewing tools such as Rooster, MS Outlook, Zoom.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage virtual hiring events, on-site open houses and career fairs.
• Schedule candidate phone screens and interviews using scheduling tools.
• Maintain recruiting reports and ensure timely updates.
• Manage applicant flow and disposition candidates in Workday ATS.
• Assist with offers, background checks and onboarding/new hire forms.
