Job summary

Nooks is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract-Hire) to support our San Francisco and Seattle offices. You will be the primary scheduler and host for most candidates, ensuring they leave interviews with a delightful experience.

You will coordinate candidate interviews, manage schedules across multiple stakeholders, and work with Recruiting operations to create programs. This role also supports planning office events and team-building activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with ATS like Ashby is helpful but not required.
• High agency, low ego, and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 0-2 years coordinating or administrative experience.
• Some recruiting, coordinating, operations, or office manager experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and host interviews for candidates visiting SF/Seattle.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and align calendars across stakeholders.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Recruiting operations to build programs.
• Assist in planning and executing office events.
• Support day-to-day recruiting coordination activities.
