Job summary

Applied Compute Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to bring structure and a strong candidate experience to a fast-moving team. You will own interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruiting operations to enable hiring at scale.

Ideal candidates have experience in recruiting coordination, exceptional organization, and strong communication. This in-person role requires 5 days in SF with potential Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination or similar roles
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Systems thinking to streamline recruiting processes
• High ownership to take ideas to execution
• Candidate-first mindset throughout recruiting
• Willingness for in-person work in SF (5 days in SF)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication from first touch point through offer
• Serve as a thoughtful, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the process
• Ensure every candidate has a seamless, high-touch onsite experience with Applied Compute
• Manage Ashby and build scalable processes, systems, and workflows as our hiring needs grow
• Identify opportunities to make recruiting more efficient and improve the candidate experience
• Support recruiting initiatives across employer branding, events, onboarding, and team operations
