Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams, owning the interview lifecycle and optimizing candidate experience. This role provides exposure to Salesforce's global business units and offers involvement in high-potential projects to accelerate internal growth.

You will coordinate scheduling, travel, and compliance while leveraging tools like Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite and Slack to deliver best-in-class recruiting experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing industry.
• 1+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role.
• Alignment to core competencies for the role (e.g. leadership, teamwork, initiative).

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, virtual, panel and onsite interviews across regions and global levels.
• Coordinate travel and reimbursements; greet candidates onsite.
• Audit Employment Agreements and ensure Background Investigations are completed.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve scheduling processes.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency and equity.
• Master our ATS and recruiting tools (Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, Slack).
• Contribute to regional and global team projects aligned to RC vision.
• Provide insights to partners using Tableau dashboards and scheduling best practices.
