Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Seattle to act as a central operations partner for the Talent team. You’ll manage high-volume interview scheduling, coordinate on-site interview days, and ensure a polished candidate experience that upholds Nscale standards of precision and speed.

The role requires 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, strong calendar management, and a proactive, organized approach in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a similar high-volume support role.
• Exceptional scheduling and calendar management with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership; you ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Calm, solution-oriented, and professional in fast-paced interview-heavy environments.
• Confident and polished when interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling technical, infrastructure, and corporate teams with speed and precision.
• Orchestrate complex on-site interview days, run-of-show logistics, candidate flow, room planning, and real-time adjustments in a busy office.
• Act as the front-line ambassador for Nscale, delivering a polished, high-touch candidate experience reflecting our standards of excellence.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to accelerate candidates through the pipeline without sacrificing quality.
• Navigate calendars across executives and cross-functional stakeholders, resolving conflicts before they block progress.
• Communicate interview logistics clearly and urgently to ensure alignment among candidates and interviewers.
• Build and maintain structured, scalable scheduling processes to support rapid hiring growth.
• Keep interview days running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
