Job summary

Nooks is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage day-to-day recruiting coordination for our San Francisco and Seattle offices. You will be the primary scheduler and host for most candidates, ensuring a delightful candidate experience throughout interviews.

In this contract-hire role, you will coordinate interviews, calendars, and stakeholder alignment, while helping develop recruiting programs and plan office events with our agency team.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of coordinating or administration experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• High agency, low ego, and team-oriented
• Experience with ATS is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and manage schedules across multiple stakeholders
• Serve as the primary scheduler and host for candidates visiting Nooks
• Create a world-class candidate experience throughout interviews
• Work with Recruiting operations to develop recruiting programs
• Plan and execute office events, team-building activities, celebrations, and company meetings

Recruiting Coordinator

The Role

This is a Contract-Hire Role

We are adding a teammate to our high agency team to manage the day-to-day Recruiting Coordination of our San Francisco and Seattle offices and play a key role in the candidate experience.

You will be the primary scheduler and host to the majority of candidates visiting Nooks. You will ensure they leave our interviews with a delightful experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate candidate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure seamless calendar alignment across multiple stakeholders.
