You will sit at the intersection of Recruiting, People, Marketing, and the broader business, using data, technology, and AI to improve how we attract, engage, and hire top talent.

This role owns recruiting operations, events and programs, People Operations partnerships, and university outreach, with cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting, Program Management, or a similar function.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience building processes or programs from the ground up.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and emerging recruiting technology.
• Ability to manage systems, vendors, and multiple cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A bias toward action and a willingness to operate in ambiguity.
• Someone who naturally looks for ways to create leverage, automate work, and make teams better.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Operations: Own processes, reporting, analytics, and operating rhythms.
• Talent Events & Programs: run events and programs to strengthen the brand and pipeline.
• People Operations partnership: ensure Recruiting and People processes scale together.
• University Programs: own university recruiting strategy and relations.
