You'll coordinate a high volume of interviews across primarily non-technical roles, balancing speed with attention to detail while keeping candidates and interviewers aligned.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; you're proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details.
• A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments.
• Clear, kind, and professional communication skills to represent the company to a diverse candidate pool.
• Willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Responsibilities

• Create a candidate experience that reflects Notion. You'll be one of the first touchpoints candidates have with the company.
• Coordinate interviews with care and precision; manage a high volume of interviews across non-technical roles.
• Build strong recruiting foundations; gain exposure to planning, executing, and scaling hiring with support from the team.
