• Bachelor’s Degree and ideally 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting coordinator position
• Ability to function in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Obsessed with candidate experience: we see our candidates as our guests, and we are their hosts. It is the coordinator's job to ensure a smooth experience.
