Notion is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.

This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (Anchor Days) to collaborate in person, and we’re excited to have someone who embraces AI tools to work smarter

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
• A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism.
• Clear, kind, and professional communication representing Notion.
• Willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive candidate experience from scheduling interviews to answering questions.
• Coordinate a high volume of interviews for non-technical roles with accuracy.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine processes.
• Support light sourcing and process improvements over time.
