Notion is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process and helps ensure every interaction with candidates is organized, respectful, and intentional.

Based in San Francisco or New York City, you’ll coordinate high-volume interviews for non-technical roles, collaborate with teams, and grow into light sourcing and process improvements as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details.
• A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
• Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
• You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results

Responsibilities

• Create a thoughtful candidate experience by managing scheduling, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Coordinate interviews across primarily non-technical roles with speed and attention to detail.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine processes and ensure a consistent experience for candidates.
• Support light sourcing work and process improvements as skills grow.
