FrankCrum is seeking an onsite Recruiter to join our Tampa and Clearwater staffing offices. The role involves consulting, sourcing, and recommending candidates to client organizations, with responsibilities across front-d desk duties, applicant registration, background checks, and coordinating pre-employment steps.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in Spanish and English, and bring excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and transfers calls; relays messages to team members.
• Format resumes for Recruiters.
• Greet visitors and applicants at reception and notify team of arrivals.
• Complete applicant registration and I-9 processing.
• Conduct background checks and verify employment history; schedule drug screens.
• Assist with weekly payroll processes upon request.
• Source candidates, verify pay rates and job details, and maintain data accuracy.
• Send assignment confirmations and promote job openings.
• Foster job fairs and open houses; assist with social media postings.
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning and copying.
• Clock in/out accurately using timekeeping systems.
