Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience with an ATS.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations related to hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to understand job duties and candidate attributes.
• Manage onboarding tasks: offer letters, background checks, references.
• Set up job postings in ATS and on job boards; coordinate with external recruiters.
• Source candidates via broad channels including job fairs, networking, and media platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Administer assessments and communicate results to hiring managers.
