Job summary

FrankCrum Staffing in Clearwater, FL is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to drive growth through the full cycle sales of staffing services in an assigned territory.

You will prospect for new general staffing job orders, qualify leads, learn client needs, negotiate and close orders, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with Staffing Coordinators to align service resources and candidate pool.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of direct B2B sales experience.
• At least 1 year of recruiting and/or staffing industry exposure.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new staffing orders via outside sales, cold calling, networking and presentations.
• Qualify leads and discover client needs and budget to tailor staffing solutions.
