Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking a Recruiter to help grow our team in Clearwater, FL. This in-office role offers hands-on training, direct collaboration with the HR Manager, and the opportunity to own the recruiting process from posting to onboarding.

You’ll review applications, contact candidates by phone, text, and email, conduct interviews for sales and customer service roles, build a strong candidate pipeline, and contribute to a positive hiring experience as the company expands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related people-focused role.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.
• Experience with recruiting platforms or ATS is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Contact candidates quickly by phone, text, and email.
• Conduct phone interviews for various roles.
• Schedule interviews and maintain consistent candidate follow-up.
• Post and manage positions on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Keep candidate information and interview notes organized in our ATS.
• Build relationships with candidates and create a positive hiring experience.
• Develop a pipeline of candidates for frequently hired positions.
• Assist the HR Manager with onboarding and HR projects.
• Help improve our recruiting process as the company grows.
