Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in recruiting or related field.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Contact candidates quickly by phone, text, and email.
• Conduct phone interviews for various positions.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate follow-up.
• Post and manage positions on recruiting platforms.
• Keep candidate information and notes organized in ATS.
• Build relationships with candidates and create a positive hiring experience.
• Develop a pipeline of candidates for frequently hired positions.
• Assist the HR Manager with onboarding and HR projects.
• Help improve the recruiting process as the company grows.
