Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, staffing, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting needs and priorities at the same time.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates and subcontractors.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support the recruiting process for company employees and subcontractors, from job posting and candidate sourcing through hiring and onboarding.
• Source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates based on company requirements.
• Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates.
• Assist with preparing employment and subcontractors' documentation, and onboarding materials.
• Help develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Assist the HR Manager and management team with day-to-day HR activities.
• Maintain accurate employee and subcontractor records and documentation.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Assist with background checks, employment verification, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Help coordinate employee training and required certifications.
• Help ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
