Job summary

FrankCrum Staffing is seeking a full-time Recruiter for our onsite offices in Tampa and Clearwater, FL. You will consult, source, and recommend candidates to client organizations, while handling phone calls, resume formatting, reception duties, and pre-employment screenings.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, bilingual abilities in Spanish and English, and at least two years of administrative experience to support recruitment workflows and payroll tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of administrative experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and transfer calls, assist callers, and route messages to the appropriate team member.
• Format resumes for recruiters.
• Greet visitors and applicants at the reception desk and notify the team of arrivals.
• Complete applicant registrations and I-9 authorizations, background checks, and pre-employment screenings.
• Support the recruitment process with payroll-related tasks as needed.
• Assist with posting jobs and promoting openings to fill job orders.
• Enter data, file, scan, and copy documents.

The Role You'llPlay to Create Success

We are eager to announce a full-time, onsite,Recruiterposition at one of our Staffing offices in Tampa and Clearwater,FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by consulting, sourcing, and recommending candidates to client organizations.

1. Answers phones, transfers calls, assists callers, retrieves branch voicemail messages and communicates to appropriate team member.
2. Format resumes for Recruiters
3. Staffs reception desk by greeting visitors and applicants, notifying team of visitor/applicant arrival.
4. Performs the applicant registration process to completion.
5. Performs I-9 authorizations, criminal background checks, verifies employment history, schedules pre-employment drug screens, skill testing, and other activities to support the recruitment process.
6. Assists with the weekly payroll process upon request.
7. Sources for candidates and assists with creating positions and matches; ensures information is correct including pay rate, bill rates, workers’ compensation codes, pay groups, invoice groups and invoice methods
8. Assists with sending assignment confirmations.
9. Assists with promoting job openings and filling job orders.
10. Assists with open houses and attends job fairs as needed.
11. Assists with social media posts to promote job openings and hiring events.
12. Performs data entry, filing, scanning, and copying.
13. Clocks in and out consistently and accurately by using the electronic timeclock system for all time worked and does not perform any work when not clocked-in.

Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, and time management and organization skills. In addition, high school diploma or equivalent, two (2) years of administrative experience. Fluent in Spanish and English.
